Real Results 30 is designed to bring people together to workout, by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning exercises. A total workout combines all elements of fitness – cardio, muscle conditioning, balance and flexibility. We also provide free consultation, screening and assessment.
• Design individual and group exercise programs tailored to the needs and goals of each client.
• Help clients reach their health and fitness goals through appropriate cardiovascular, flexibility exercise.
• Help clients boost strength, flexibility, and resilience.
• Motivate clients to improve their overall fitness and health in the following areas:
Coordination - the ability to use all body parts together to produce smooth and fluid motion.
• Agility - the ability to change direction quickly.
• Reaction time - the time required to respond to a specific stimulus.
• Speed - the ability to move rapidly. Speed is also known as velocity (rate of motion).
• Power - the product of strength and speed. Power is also known as explosive strength.
• Mental capability - the ability to concentrate during exercise to improve training effects as well as the ability to relax and enjoy the psychological benefits of activity (endorphins).
Cardio Dancercise Classes
Classes will encourage movement (ie, low-impact Zumba, aerobics, and jazz dance), while improving overall balance and stamina. Classes will be suitable for all individuals of various fitness levels, and will provide a solid prototype of overall wellness.
Goal:
To train individuals in the areas of exercise, fitness, wellness, proper dieting, weight loss, stamina, and overall balance.
Strategies:
• Support individuals in identifying potential lifestyle modifications relative to improved health and
wellness - will serve as a gauge for the duration of the program.
• Promote diet plan and weight-loss challenges to encourage individuals to reach maximum wellness potential.
